It definitely appears we are watching prophecy being fulfilled before our very eyes and a couple of things are really screaming for attention…namely the geopolitical positioning and the pope with his “unity” game.

This is probably really two articles, but taken together, I believe these things are pointing us to His promise. Revelation chapter 21 verse 5: And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

All things new will be pretty nice, and we have a lot to look forward to. There will definitely be some rough stuff before we get there!

First, I want to address the pope’s ideas as of late. Let me be REALLY clear. I LOVE my Catholic friends! I LOVE, LOVE LOVE them! This has nothing to do with hating people, or hurting their feelings. I CARE A LOT about what happens to them as well as those protestants who are falling for this global position, and I’m VERY concerned. Please understand that this is written in the spirit of love and concern. That’s why I’m writing this, just to present it…do what you want with it.

Beginning couple of years back, I read and article that floored me. I couldn’t believe what I was reading. The Lutherans had signed an agreement with the catholic church that said essentially since the catholics had finally decided we are saved by faith (snide comment: how big of them), that there is now no more disagreement between catholics and protestants and we are all united “as one”.

The Disagreement originally began when John Calvin pointed out that in Romans 3 verse 22,  “This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.” (an easier translation for newbies is the New Living Translation:We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ.) This statement is often attributed to Martin Luther who wrote about faith, but see this link:Calvin, Council of Trent . Therefore, it is appalling that the Lutherans themselves has gone so against one of their own founding fathers. By the way, the Methodists (more Calvinistic) also did the same as well, along with Episcopals, Presbyterians, and Anglicans!! Then along came a number of evangelists!!! (mouth dropping open) And a few of them have been people I have recommended as wonderful teachers, but now I am ashamed. And I ‘m confounded at how a person who believes in the word of God could go along so willingly. Here is video the proof of the evangelists : Kenneth Copeland is Catholic?

There is another link which is to be looked at, although I don’t entirely agree with all the things Doug Batchelor says (he hails from the Seventh Day Adventist group), I will not question his expertise in many things Bible: Doug Batchelor comments on Kenneth Copeland and the Pope

(I still learn a lot from these men, yet test these things for myself.) How can a Christian who has read the bible espouse such a thing? These are some big points:

Luke 4:8 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'” That’s Jesus himself folks!  No Saints, No “mother of God”, no dead folks who have gone on to their reward.

Matthew 23 verse 9: “And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.”  Check out this link from a catholic magazine: Call no man Father (here is a quote explaining that) “Jesus criticized Jewish leaders who love “the place of honor at feasts and the best seats in the synagogues, and salutations in the market places, and being called ‘rabbi’ by men” (Matt. 23:6–7). His admonition here is a response to the Pharisees’ proud hearts and their grasping after marks of status and prestige. He was using hyperbole (exaggeration to make a point) to show the scribes and Pharisees how sinful and proud they were for not looking humbly to God as the source of all authority and fatherhood and teaching, and instead setting themselves up as the ultimate authorities, father figures, and teachers.” … okay, isn’t that what the catholic priests are doing??? I actually agree with what the defense is here, but doesn’t that exactly prove the verse??? Are they blinded among themselves?

Another catholic belief is “Why must we confess our sins (at least the serious ones) to a priest? Why is it not enough to confess them directly to God (Jesus)? First note that Catholics do not tell their sins to a priest “instead of to God,” but to God through a priest, appointed by our Lord as an official stand-in for Christ (alter Christus).”From Priests and confession    An alter-Christ??? I find that hard to believe….isn’t that blasphemy?

Here’s why I say that. In the book of Hebrews chapter 10 verse 20 “By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place.”(New Living Translation)…we don’t need a priest to access God Hallelujah!!!  This confessional behavior actually makes Jesus and His perfect sacrifice of no account. AND IT BREAKS MY HEART! Jesus said it himself in John chapter 14 verse 6: “Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

And folks by the way….1 John Chapter 1 verse 9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Again I want to say this is written in the spirit of LOVE and concern. Why on earth would anyone, especially someone who is expert in the words of God join forces with the catholic church??? Why would the pope be bothered with protestants? I believe this may be why:

Jesus explained to his disciples in Matthew chapter 24 verse 24: “For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” There haven’t been any signs from the pope thus far in the sense of calling down fire from heaven or anything…that would be a really big red flag.., but it seems a spirit of deception is raising it’s head.

I also believe there is a terrible misinterpretation of the verse in John chapter 17 verse 21 Jesus prayed for all humanity at the last supper before he was crucified and asked God: “that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” This means he wanted us to be one in the Holy Spirit who would be living in us in the future, as He was living in the presence of God. It did not mean “one world religion”.

I don’t believe the pope is mean, or wishes to harm people, I think in fact he genuinely believes he’s doing right, same goes for Kenneth Copeland. But it is up to us to be VERY AWARE and know what the word says. It is up to us to pay attention.

Another word came to me at night…I think that’s when Holy Spirit likes to speak to mes best….my mind unclutters and something brilliant just sort of pops in. He brought up the Tower of Babel from Genesis in the old Testament. In a nutshell, King Nimrod (yep, that’s where the insult comes from!) had become renowned, idolized, and very powerful. I’d say he was a precursor to the antichrist.  ( it’s Genesis Chapter 11 verses 1-9) Especially in verse 6 “The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.” Now here’s the thing….God doesn’t mind us doing good things together, but here’s the problem.  If one evil person or even a small leading group of evil people unite the world…”then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them”.  What it amounted to was unopposed evil. Think for a minute about that….think about the holocaust and the murder of millions upon millions. Hitler was very evil and an entire country was in agreement with him.  And it looked like no one was going to stop him. Praise God with His help that terrible, gruesome, monstrous society was stopped! So again, be very aware of the guises of “unity” and where they will lead.

Okay….next part, the geopolitical stuff….funny because I felt inspired to write this just before the U.S. embassy in Jerusalem was opened.

I think the situation in the Middle East is lining up in striking accord with the words of the Bible. Russia, a possible King of the North/Magog from both Revelation and the Book of Daniel, as well as Ezekiel,  has aligned itself with Persia, which is now Iran.

Here’s more from John Ankerberg:

John Ankerberg

Russia took over Crimea, pretty much unopposed, shame on us (not that I invite war), and Putin has even built a bridge from Russia to Crimean area. This seems to be the beginning of carving a path straight down to Israel. The Ukraine (where Crimea was stolen from) was a major supplier of natural gas the Europe. Big money. Now Israel is starting to take on this role with new discoveries off the Mediterranean coast. Perhaps Russia has a beef, perhaps not, but it does draw speculation. Iran has become friends with Russia, even more disturbing considering their anti Israel rhetoric. The Hamas operates out of Lebanon from the North. And Russia has been getting cozy with Turkey which is the former countries of Gomer and Tubal, mentioned in the endtimes wars.

Add to that the highly provocative U.S. embassy in Jerusalem.  This historical event, which I for one am very proud of, is no doubt a spark that could set off a real spiral of events…..pray for the peace of Jerusalem and all that love her! Israel finds herself quite surrounded, but on the positive side, some of Israel’s neighbors, because of the increasing boldness if the Iranians have actually said Israel has the right to exist…they would be Saudi Arabia and Jordan, along with a few others. (They have even given Israel access to airspace….they don’t much care for the antics of Iran themselves and Israeli cooperation is currently a blessing for them. Funny, who ever thought 20 years ago the Saudi’s the Jordanians and even Egypt would be even relatively supportive?)

Why waste any more time? If you would like to invite Jesus into your life, say these words out loud:

Dear Lord Jesus, I’m asking you into my heart and my life.  I know I am a sinner. I ask your forgiveness for every sin I’ve ever committed.  I believe you died on the cross for my sins, that you stood in my place and took all the punishment that was due to me when you were there. I believe that you rose from the dead and are alive. I thank you for forgiving me and cleansing me of sin with your blood. Thank you for making me right with our heavenly Father. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

Jimmy Evans  – Revelation

I haven’t been able to speak with you lately….a full time job make it very difficult to do this work.

Jimmy Evans is a wonderful minister and I think you may be interested on this insight. Follow the link below and to get to the information quickly, jump to about 19 minutes in.  the first stuff is good too of course! (just more archeology)

I post these to help people believe in the Lord Jesus, and to help them to know where we may be at on God’s timetable.

Amen!

Well, I’ll admit, this one has my hair standing on end!

I place a lot of trust in this studied man.  He did an amazing study comparing the book (The Harbinger) of Isaiah and what happened on 9-11 and to the ill-fated Twin Towers.  It’s summed up in a book called the Harbinger and it’s pretty terrifying reading, but since we are in Christ, we should NEVER fear.  That would be faithless. If you’re not a believer in Jesus, who fulfills every prophecy written about him, and need some proof that prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes, give these videos a chance. If, after deciding you would like to ask Jesus into your life, please speak out loud to prayer which I have placed at the end of this post.

The first video is the Rabbi’s most recent discussion from the Sid Roth, It’s Supernatural, show which is very interesting and startling regarding the times coming in only a couple of weeks.

From, an interview with Jonathan Cahn, (Messianic Rabbi/a Jewish Rabbi who believes in Jesus)

“How do you get ready for this collapse?  Cahn, who is a Christian minister, says, “The first thing is if you are listening to this and you are not right with God, get your life right because America is rapidly accelerating into a moral collapse and a spiritual collapse.  That’s part of the picture, and the economic part follows that.  But the first thing is get your life right with God.  I will also say I am a minister.  If you are not born again, get born again no matter what your religion is.”

Cahn goes on to say, “Number two, the Bible says a prudent man prepares.  What do you do?  I am not a financial expert, but I will speak for myself . . . in general, I would not be putting my stock in the stock market or have things attached to it. . . . You should also have essentials in store so if there is a collapse of not only markets, but of infrastructure and services, and these things should break down, that you would be okay for this time period.  I am not a survivalist.  I am more of a revivalist. . . . We say things will always work perfectly, and I don’t believe things will always work perfectly.  I believe we are at the verge of collapse.”

On the stock market, Cahn goes on to explain, “I want people to be aware and be warned . . . . In the last 40 years . . . you have these collapses in the markets, long term collapses.  The dates are 1973, 1980, 1987, 2000 and 2007.  Every single one of them is on the seven year cycle.  Not only that, every single one of them happens at the time of the Shemitah.  It’s not just a 7 year cycle, but on the exact appointed time.  This has happened every single time, and the last two have been so exact . . . what you have is the greatest stock market point crash, September 17, caused by 9/11.  That day that it crashed is “Elul 29,” the day that is appointed in the Bible of an exact date you have to wipe out financial accounts and becomes a sign of warning of a nation under judgment.  On the exact day, September 17, 2001, you have “Elul 29” that happens not just once a year, Elul 29 happens every 7 years.  Then, that record stays for the next 7  years until you get to the great crash of the great recession.  The greatest crash in history, September 29, 2008, they ring the bell, and the bell refuses to ring.  They take that as a sign, and on that day comes the greatest crash in American history.  Not only on that day, but it was the wipe-out day of the Shemitah that happens only once every 7 years.  So, the two greatest crashes happened exactly 7 Biblical years apart  down to the day, down to the hour, and down to the minute.  We need to be aware because we have entered the year of the Shemitah, now.  The beginning of the Shemitah is very un-dramatic . . . but if something is going to happen this cycle, the pattern is that it happens at the end of the cycle.  That focuses around the time of September. ”

Now, I myself have stocked up on food to the best of my ability. And I feel strongly that silver will do well.  If worse comes to worse, and I’m played for a fool, I’ve got food for a power outage, a great water purifyer, and cash which is NOT in the bank. But it IS biblical to heed a warning and be prepared ahead of time as in the book of Genesis, when Joseph interpreted the Pharoah’s dream and warned him to stock up for a future famine.  He saved the nation of Egypt as well as Israel.

The Shemittah is also coinciding with the Full Blood Moons, which are wrapping up this fall.  This very rare series of lunar eclipses with a solar eclipse in the middle all fall squarely on Jewish festivals, and have often marked trouble for Israel. I think this is significant because of what Jesus said in the book of Matthew, Chapter 24, when the disciples asked what the endtimes were going to look like. Here are verses 29 through 31:

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

This refers to The Rapture, when Jesus comes back to take those who love Him to heaven with Him.

Okay, what makes me think Rabbi Cahn may be right?  Based on his past performance which you can see here (there are 2 parts, watch both):

Ready for more?? Here’s part 2:

Take it or leave it, but I believe it’s worth giving serious thought to. I find it truly fascinating.

At any rate, my deep heart is that everyone will believe in my beautiful Jesus, who changed my heart and saved me in every way. He is still working miracles through believers, as He said He would, and still ready and waiting to forgive you too. (see the miracles category in my blog at

Here is the prayer I promised to invite Jesus into your heart:

Dear Lord Jesus, I’m asking you into my heart and my life.  I know I am a sinner. I ask your forgiveness for every sin I’ve ever committed.  I believe you died on the cross for my sins, that you stood in my place and took all the punishment that was due to me when you were there. I believe that you rose from the dead and are alive. I thank you for forgiving me and cleansing me of sin with your blood. Thank you for making me right with our heavenly Father. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

*  I woke up last night and was restless, so I opened the Bible and the book fell open to Daniel Chapter 9, which began with a beseeching prayer for repentence of Israel, just before being release from Babylon. Then I continued reading into chapter 11. If you’ve already read this post, just scroll down towards the bottom of this article. I was led to something that could be VERY important*

A huge question is when is Jesus coming back?

Well, as you know, Jesus himself said “”But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” in Matthew 24 verse 36.

Well, that refers to the immediate return, but how close are we?  I put to you that this is very, very soon.

Take a look at this passage in Matthew chapter 24: We’re going to take it apart as we go, so keep in mind these are from the book of Matthew, again, chapter 24 in case you have the great privilege of owning a bible.

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

We can see that even the disciples were concerned.  Right off the bat, Jesus tells his friends that a number of imposters will show up, claiming to be something they’re not.  Even the antichrist’s false prophet will do miracles as foretold in 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2 verse 9-10: “The coming of the lawless one (the antichrist) will be accompanied by the power of Satan. He will use every kind of power, including miraculous signs, lying wonders, 10 and every type of evil to deceive those who are dying (not going to life in heaven), those who refused to love the truth that would save them.” So be watching out for that false critter.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

In the last 5 years there’s no getting around the quantity of bad news from around the globe! From Russia taking over part of the Ukraine (how dare they refer to it as annexing!) and making incremental moves to the Middle East, to Ebola, food shortages, and the increase in powerful earthquakes over the last 10 years, it’s very obvious that the signs are increasing in frequency.

Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

Even now Christians are being pushed out, by government in this nation and we’re even told that speaking the truth is hate speech.  [Now hear this!  My sister is gay.  I hate her deception, but I LOVE her very much.  She knows my belief and respects me.  It is in fact, when I discovered this in the bible for myself I had to change my mind. In 1 Corinthians Chapter 6 verses 9-11 Paul says in his letter”Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. (which means yes! You can be forgiven!) But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”I still love her, I still see her and I still pray for her and her girlfriend.  I LOVE them both.  Does that sound like hate to you? But I will never let them coerce me into doing wrong. Sorry, just an aside.]

More immediately the horror and atrocities against Christians is beyond what civilized humans can conceive of in the Middle East, thanks to the depravity of ISIS in Iraq.  I believe this persecution will increase and become, unfortunately, far more frequent.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Again, back to the antichrist.  It could even refer to the popularity of fortune tellers and those who claim to speak to the dead.  They’re on television often enough.  It was King Saul in the old testament who had consulted the witch of Endor and didn’t have the patience to wait on God for an answer.  1 Samuel Chapter 28 verse 7 says: “Saul then said to his attendants, “Find me a woman who is a medium, so I may go and inquire of her.” “There is one in Endor,” they said. Well, it didn’t go well for him to say the least.  The point being, associating with this opens the door to demonic forces….I should know. I was one. Thank you Jesus for forgiving me!

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. ...How many do we know that won’t love people anymore because of past cruelties?

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. ….This is happening even as we speak!  Through satellite, television, radio and the internet, God is literally touching every corner of the globe if only we will listen!

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whosoever readeth, let him understand:)

Okay, let’s stop here for a minute.  Jesus is speaking about the antichrist standing in the new Jewish temple which is foretold to be built in the last days.  In the old testament book of Daniel Chapter 9 verse 27, he foretold “He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” It is assumed a new temple will be built on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, as that is the only place where God would accept a sacrifice.  This has not happened yet. The “seven” referred to is seven years of a written agreement which will be drawn up, allowing Israel to share the Temple Mount.  Israel currently has a museum in which all the temple artifacts have been reproduced and are ready and waiting to be used for this event. (See to view the items for yourself!) After three and a half years, the antichrist will say no more sacrifices, due to animal cruelty parties perhaps?
2 Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 3-4 says” Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Back to Matthew Chapter 24….

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Okay, stop here. There are currently about 800,000 Jewish people living in Judea.  About half of them are in disputed land.  Jesus is giving a very clear warning about what will happen when the antichrist breaks his agreement.  It will be a slaughter. He’s telling them to run as fast as they can.

23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

25 Behold, I have told you before.

26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

This means, when he comes, it will be VERY fast and sudden.  He goes on to give us more clues about timing….

28 For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

This could possibly refer in part to the series of Four Blood Moons were just about to finish in the fall (2015)

Now this passage leads me to believe that we will all go through at least part of the Tribulation, at least to the first half of it. Why would be warned not to take the mark of the beast in Revelation chapter 13, verses 16-18, if we weren’t around to make the choice? This is called the Mid Tribulation theory.

32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Well, looking at these signs, we seem to  be fast approaching the time of dear Jesus’ return!  Perhaps we are that generation foretold!

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Now Jesus reiterates what he just said earlier!

36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,

Much like today.

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Here Jesus again refers to what is called The Rapture.  The greek original “harpazo” translates to a “taking up”

42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

This is interesting… what could possibly happen that would make us think he wasn’t coming?

There is more.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Now here, theories as to when Jesus will come back begin to diverge.  The last trump here is referring to the last trumpet, or Shofar of the Feast of Tabernacles which happens every fall.  The Shofar is blown a number of times.  The last trump could well be referring to the last shofar blast of the celebrations. Which means it could well be in any Feast of Tabernacles celebration.  Some believe that the rapture is Pre-Tribulation, saying that Jesus would never allow his people to suffer…that seems un-biblical in that well, ever hear of martyrs?

However, I need to be very fair to both theories, so here is a biblical argument that could prove me wrong….and I would be very happy, as well as many others to miss this terrible part of human history. It’s a good argument too!

The following verse states that the Holy Spirit called the restrainer, in other words, the one that holds pure evil back must be removed first.  {Well, the Holy Spirit lives in every believer as Jesus promised when he said ““But when The Redeemer of the accursed comes, him whom I shall send to you from the presence of my Father, The Spirit of Truth, (Holy Spirit) he who proceeds from the presence of my Father, he shall testify concerning me.”(The Aramaic Bible in Plain English) in John Chapter 15 verse 26.} Here’s the verse:
2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back (the Holy Spirit) will continue to do so (that is, continue to hold back) till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one (the antichrist) will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.

And if the Holy Spirit is removed first, then the Pre-Tribulation theory holds water.

ADDENDUM:Here’s one more thing:  I read in the book of Daniel in the old testament the first really detailed prophecy of the last days.  Something caught my attention that I feel is so important that I’m reposting to add this scripture.

This is from the book of Daniel Chapter 11:

Verse 32:

And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

In modern English this means that the antichrist will flatter and praise those who work against the believers in Jesus, but we will be very brave through it and work miracles.

33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen (old English for helped) with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries.

This is a warning to be very careful of those who associate with you…there will be those who act as believers, but as in the days of the Nazis, traitors might be among you.  Ask God for His help, protection, and guidance in this.

35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

This is the really hard part.  Those of us who face the fear , and especially those who teach and lead others to Christ will be severely punished, even killed, for sticking with Jesus.

There will be those who repent after the rapture!  There will most certainly be believers after the rapture, when they realize that the prophecies actually have come true. But they will suffer terribly under the antichrist, even like the people in Iraq now.

Now there is still some comfort for those who refuse to take the mark of the beast in Isaiah Chapter 30 verses 19 through 22 which reports:

19O people of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you.
20 Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them.
21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
22 Then you will defile your idols overlaid with silver and your images covered with gold; you will throw them away like a menstrual cloth and say to them, “Away with you!”
This means that during the tribulation, people eyes will be opened to the truth, and they will repent, declaring Jesus as Lord.

Here’s the point. We are on the heels of his return!  It is imminent! I write this not to scare you but to help you. And yeah, it’s REALLY scary.  But there is a way out.  Jesus is the way. He saved me, he cleaned me up, he changed me for the better, and I’m SO blessed!  I just want to reach out to you with an ear to ear grin on my face and say come on in!  The water’s so fine!

But I’ll let Jesus and his wonderful Holy Spirit do that.  So here you go!

Amen!

As many of you know, I am very intent on learning about what is currently happening in the world and how it relates to the Endtimes.  But how are we supposed to behave and what are we to expect as Christians? More importantly, how are we to pray in this current time frame?

One of my very favorite speakers is Billye Brim, who ministers at Eagle Mountain Church down south.  WHY ARE THEY ALL DOWN SOUTH? Got to get these folks up here so that we’re no longer referred to as the frozen chosen.

At any rate, she and Gloria Copeland (wife of Kenneth Copeland and an excellent minister in her own right) discuss this very important subject below.

If you would like to see the whole 2 week series, go to Kenneth Copeland Ministries website at

I also VERY highly recommend their monthly magazine, which teaches the word of God.  I have never learned more about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit as I have from this man.

God Bless you!

Yours in Christ! Catherine:)

This one will blow you away! I have often told folks of an amazing show Called “It’s Supernatural”.  It has reports and stories on a regular basis of miracles, how to operate as a REAL Christian, and very often, reports of visions involving Jesus.  This particular one can’t be missed!  It blew my socks off, and really made me think about how close we may well be to that day.

The man, David Jones, who saw the first parts of it was not a Christian at the time, making it even more compelling. Very believable. Check it out!

This video is fully credited to  This man is a born again Jew, referred to as a  Messianic Jew, and he’s pretty neat stuff! I STRONGLY encourage you to visit his website.  It’s the real deal.

Donations to get the internet back on are very badly needed!!

The Full Blood Moon tetrad has begun.  Some folks are terrified, some are looking forward to Jesus coming back.

First Jesus said himself that no one knows when he is to return (“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Mark 13:32). So if anyone claims to know, run the other way.  He did however, say “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea, from Luke 21:25

There have been many blood moons ie: lunar eclipses, but the remarkable thing about the tetrad is when successive blood moons fall on Jewish festival days, such as is happening currently.  When that very rare occurrence happens, something happens with Israel as well.  Usually something terrible, followed by something good.

In 1493-1494 four blood moons occurred AFTER the Jews were kicked out of Spain, forced to leave in short order with nowhere to go, or face the Spanish Inquisition. The Inquisition occurred during the four blood moons and Jews who were suspected of not being sincere in their conversion to Catholicism were horribly tortured and murdered. At the same time, Christopher Columbus discovered the new world, which eventually gave Jewish people a place to go (The United States) after the holocaust.

In 1948 the Israeli war of Independence occurred between Israelis and Arabs and that was FOLLOWED by the next tetrad of four blood moons on Jewish festival in the years 1949-1950. So I do raise a question about this point.  What happened that year? Well, the only thing I can come up with is that The Soviet Union discovered the atom bomb and NATO was formed. Truman ordered the construction of a hydrogen bomb in 1950. It doesn’t appear directly related to Israel, but to its major players.

The next occurrence was in 1967 when Israel fought against the Arabs, and Israel regained Jerusalem. Those lunar eclipses, also called blood moons happened in the years of 1967 and 1968.

{Unlike the others, this series of Four Blood Moons not only contains a total solar eclipse, but it also contains a Shemittah year, which occurs every seventh year-or every Sabbath year. Astoundingly, this Shemittah year will begin on the first day of the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) on September 25, 2014 and conclude on the following Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) on September 13, 2015.

Follow this astonishing phenomenon:

The occurrence of a Tetrad, or four consecutive Blood Moons, is rare.

  • A Tetrad with a total solar eclipse within its series is very rare.
  • A Tetrad with a total solar eclipse that is significant to Israel’s history and Jewish Feasts is very, very rare.
  • A Tetrad with a total solar eclipse historically significant to Israel and Jewish Feasts that includes a Shemittah year is very, very, very rare.
  • But a Tetrad with a total solar eclipse, historically significant to Israel, falling on Jewish Feasts, and including a Shemittah year that corresponds with the Feast of Trumpets is astronomically rare}
  • *PLEASE NOTE THIS BRACKETED SECTION IS FULLY CREDITED TO THE CHRISTIAN POST this is the link to the full article:  As I have said, I no longer have internet and must use the library computer for research, time can be limited.

A Shemittah year is a Sabbath year, (every 7th year) when one may not plant fields but must allow the land to rest.  They also coincide with Jubilee years, when all debts were cancelled.

So be careful about predictions.  Is Jesus close to coming back? I believe he is.  Is he showing us signs in the sky? Definitely.  Are we able to interpret them properly?  Well, Jesus said, ( In Matthew 24 verses 33 and 34)33 “So also when you see these signs, all taken together, coming to pass, you may know of a surety that He is near, at the very doors.34 Truly I tell you, this generation (the whole multitude of people living at the same time,in a definite, given period) will not pass away till all these things taken together take place.”

So we watch, pay attention, and wait. And we praise him! He loves us and is coming back for us!

Donations are very badly needed!!

You may see what’s going on in the world and ask, is this it? Well, there are a number of good reasons as to why I think… yes it is.

Mainly, the entire Bible is a massive prophecy over thousands of years of both Jesus, the Son of God and promised Messiah, and also the Endtimes.

My father taught the book of Revelation in Sunday school, and it caught my attention and stayed with me.  The Bible not only has Revelation (the last book of the Bible, and most well-known) but the End of Days is also mentioned profusely throughout the Old Testament by the Prophets Daniel, Ezekiel, Joel, Isaiah, Zechariah,  and even in the Psalms.  Wow! Seriously…. that’s a LOT of prophesying! And for good reason.  We need to get this message.

As a journalist, I am always drawn to the Middle East and what’s happening there.  And you know what? EVERYTHING is happening there.  And it’s been happening for a while.

This is widely agreed to prophecy  the Holocaust, (which without question has already occurred) though some say it also could be the expected policies of the antichrist.  Jeremiah 30:5-7 says 5 Thus says the Lord: We have heard a voice of trembling and panic, of terror, and not peace. 6 Ask now and see whether a man can give birth to a child? Why then do I see every man with his hands on his loins like a woman in labor? Why are all faces turned pale? 7 Alas for that day will be great, so that none will be like it; it will be the time of Jacob’s ( who was also renamed Israel) trouble, but he will be saved out of it.  Moving ahead to verse 10, Therefore, fear not, O my servant Jacob, says the Lord, nor be dismayed, or cast down, O Israel: for behold, I will save you out of a distant land and your posterity from the land of their captivity.

As you read further through the chapter (Jeremiah  30), the last part of verse 24 says, “in the latter days, you will understand this”.

Fulfilled again, in Ezekiel26:24,  For I will take you from among the nations and gather you out of all the countries and bring you into your own land.

It was promised that Israel would be gathered up and brought back from it’s diaspora (scattering) back into their own land. In 1947 the United Nations  voted to create the State of Israel in their partition plan. shortly after that, Great Britain gave up their claim on the lands in Israel thus forming the nation of Israel officially in 1948.

It currently is happening as we speak.  CBN (the Christian Broadcasting Network) recently reported that a group from Asia that had not lost its Jewish traditions has been brought to Israel to live.  The group Ezra International is dedicated to relocated the tribes of Israel back to the promised land. Many Jews from Russia have also been brought back to a land flowing with milk and honey by The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, a program called “On Wings of Eagles”

Another fulfillment: Even the speed in which the nation of Israel was formed is uncanny. As foretold by the Prophet Isaiah in Chapter 66 verse 8 “Who has heard of such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall a land be born in one day? Or shall a nation be brought forth in a moment? For a soon as Zion was in labor, she brought forth her children.”

How about some more fulfilling? Ezekiel 36:30 goes on to say And I will multiply the fruit of the tree and increase of the field, that you may no more suffer the reproach and disgrace of famine among the nations.

What was once a wasted desert is now rich farmland, once the Jews moved back to Israel.

This fulfillment is ongoing for some time: The prophet Zechariah said in Zech. 12:3 “And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it”. Clearly the United Nations, the U.S. State Department, and many other international political groups continue to try to work out a Middle East peace agreement, generally against the best interests of Israel.

Not enough fulfillment yet?  Okay, here’s some more! Jesus Himself was prophesying takeover of Jerusalem when the Romans in70 A.D, destroyed the temple (also prophesied by Jesus in Matthew 25:2…not one stone will be left upon another) the Luke 21:24 They will fall by the mouth and the edge of the sword and will be led away as captives to and among the nations and Jerusalem will be trodden down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled (completed). The “time of the Gentiles” was finished when the Jews returned to Israel in 1948.

More fulfillment here…in Matthew 24:5 says “For many will come in (on the strength of) My name[appropriating the name which belongs to me], saying I am the Christ and they will lead many astray.  That’s been repeatedly fulfilled by creeps like David Koresh and Jim Jones.

And more fulfillment…..Matthew 24:7 says “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in place after place.”  Famines are ongoing, and certainly, war is unfortunately pervasive. Earthquakes are on the rise in number and intensity….Science Daily reports that between2010 to 2012 there were 300 earthquakes above a 3.0 magnitude, in 1967 to the year 2000 there were only 21 events of a 3.0magnintude or higher.

Have another spoonful of fulfillment! 2nd Timothy Chapter 3 verses 1-3 (I’ll just pull out a few parts here because it’s quite long)  For people will be lovers of self and utterly self-centered, lovers of money…proud and arrogant…They will be abusive, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, and profane….without natural human affection, slanderers…haters of good. We see these sad examples of humanity on the news every night. I remember when I was little, much of the behavior that goes on now was, when I was young, jawdropping.

More fulfillment, and this could have easily referred to me once. Thankfully that’s over. This one seems to very clearly refer to New Age religion….I can say this with authority because I was one until Jesus cleared me up. 2nd Timothy Chapter 3 verses 5-8 For though they hold a form of piety, they they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it. Avoid such people.6 for among them are those who worm their way into homes and captivate silly and weak-natured and spiritually dwarfed women, loaded down with the burden of their sins and easily swayed and led away by various evil desires and impulses,7 who will listen to anyone and never arrive at a knowledge of the truth. 8 As Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses ( Pharoahs magicians)so these men(and women) also oppose the truth.

Fulfillment yet???Isaiah 19 holds particular interest for things happening even as we speak.. Isaiah 19 1-4,  1An oracle concerning Egypt.  Behold, the Lord is riding on a swift cloud and comes to Egypt; and the idols of Egypt will tremble at his presence ( would that indicate their economy? I don’t know) and the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them. 2 And I will stir up the Egyptians against Egyptians, and they will fight, every man against his brother and every man against his neighbor, city against city,  kingdom against kingdom; 3 and the spirit of the Egyptians within them will be emptied out, and I will confound their plans; and they will consult the idols and the sorcerers, and the mediums and the wizards, 4 and I will give over the Egyptians in the hand of a hard master;  and a fierce king will rule over them, says the Lord of hosts.

During the Arab Spring, Hosni Mubarak was thrown out of the Egyptian presidency to be replaced by Mohammed Morsi, and man who is reputed to be a  leader in the Muslim Brotherhood and is currently “on trial for giving secrets of defense to foreign countries” and “funding terrorism for militant training to fulfill the goals of the International Organization of the Muslim Brotherhood” as well as charges of involvement of killing of opposition protestors. (source Al Jazeera) He is alos charged with conspiracy to commit terrorist acts. Is Morsi the fierce king?  The Merriam Webster online dictionary defines the word fierce as “very violent, and eager to fight or kill”  We have yet to see how the trial will end. Currently an interim president is appointed, Adly Mansour, while General Abdel Fattah el-Sisi has mentioned he might run for the presidency if the people express an interest.  Again, this could be very controversial between conservative and liberal groups.

I continue to watch and pray, as requested by Jesus, Who I love.
